  • SYNOPSIS
    The play is a f ast-moving, funny and affectionate celebration of ‘Britain’s Funniest Man’, Eric Morecambe – one-half of the legendary and much-missed comedy duo, Morecambe and Wise.

    PRODUCTION
    MORECAMBE premiéred at The Assembly Rooms, Rainy Hall as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The show, co-produced by Feather Productions and Theatre Tours International, directed by Guy Masterson and designed by Julia Bunce, opened to sell-out houses and glowing reviews. The play transferred to the Duchess Theatre in London in December 2009 in association with Carole Winter and Michael Edwards for MJE Productions, before embarking on two national tours in 2010.
